Until his trial, ATL rapper Young Thug will remain free on bond after catching gun and drug charges last month in Atlanta.
Young Thug, whose real name is Jeffrey Williams, turned himself into authorities last week for an arrest back in 2017.
Williams was booked on eight charges, including was booked for a total of eight charges, including possession and intent to distribute methamphetamine, marijuana, and hydrocodone, along with possession of amphetamine, alprazolam, and codeine, and possession of a firearm.
The additional charges from 2017 came after Thug was taken into custody for gun possession in August on his way to his Slime Language listening party, which was also Thug’s 27th bday party.
Prosecutors wanted Young Thug held in custody with no bond until the hearing for his drug and gun case, but they were denied by a Georgia judge during a hearing this week.
Young Thug is scheduled for court on November 18.
