i have a super fast metabolism which causes me to lose weight/muscle mass sooo fast if i dont keep up w. my routine !! 
so as of right now i am in between these two pictures because i couldn’t workout for some time ! BUT !! I am in the process of gaining it all back so that i look like the picture on the right again
