Hot off the release of DiCaprio 2, J.I.D unleashes a video for the J. Cole-assisted “Off Deez.”
In the dark and animated clip, directed by Lyrical Lemonade’s Cole Bennett, the East Atlanta playboy puts his lyrical skills to the test, spitting blistering bars while in a chair and under an umbrella. He also links up with his Dreamville boss J. Cole, who comes through with a rapid-fire verse.
“Off Deez” is one of 14 tracks off J.I.D’s sophomore album, which also features collaborations with 6LACK, Ella Mai, Method Man, Joey Bada$$, A$AP Ferg, and BJ the Chicago Kid.
J.I.D has also announced his “Catch Me If You Can Tour.” The 29-date trek will hit college campuses beginning Jan. 22 in Eugene, Oregon, running through March 23 in New Orleans. Tickets are on sale now.
