Ty Dolla $ign’s is facing at least 10 years in jail now that a grand jury arraigned him on drug charges for ownership of cocaine.

As per court docs acquired by TMZ, the crooner has been slapped with 3 counts: Felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of THC and misdemeanor possession of less than 1 ounce of weed.

His arrest happened in Fulton County, Georgia where drug laws are more strict than in his hometown, California. If convicted, he can get 15 years in prison.

TMZ reports that Ty Dolla $ign was busted by cops in Atlanta who reportedly discovered drugs in his bag. The drug dogs were barking like crazy before law enforcements slapped the cuffs on the rapper’s wrists.

Cops searched his entire team that day, which included Skrillex, but Ty was the only one who was arrested.
