Trey Songz Sued for $20 Million By Woman Accusing Him of Anal Rape

Trey Songz is facing a $20 million lawsuit from a woman who claims he sexually assaulted her.

According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, the Jane Doe says she had a consensual sexual relationship with the R&B singer before he suddenly turned into a “savage rapist.”

She claims that Trey invited her to a house party in L.A. on March 24, 2016, when he took her upstairs for what she believed would be consensual sex.

But things took a turn when Trey allegedly asked her if he could “get that ass” on the way upstairs. She repeatedly told him “no” and to stop asking. That’s when the woman claims Trey threw her to the ground, ripped off her pants, pinned her down, and forced his penis into her anus without consent.

She screamed in pain and tried fighting him off, but she says she was overpowered. She hoped the “brutal rape” might end when someone entered the room, but she says the person quickly left and Trey allegedly continued raping her.

After the alleged assault, she grabbed her clothes and ran outside to call an Uber. The Uber driver noticed she was in distress and took her to a hospital, where she claims a sexual assault exam was performed and the police were called.

The woman says the exam showed she had “severe anal tearing that could require surgery.” She didn’t name Trey to police because she was “in shock and fearing for her life.”

She is now seeking $20 million in damages from Trey. The woman’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell, also represents two women who are suing Trey for alleged sexual assaults in Miami and New York.

Trey has denied the allegations. “The allegations in this complaint are false. Trey looks forward to having the facts fully aired,” a rep for the singer told TMZ.

“Earlier today, the attorney who drafted this suit was credibly accused of trying to pay a woman to falsely accuse Trey,” added the rep. “Hours later, that same attorney has filed this suit on behalf of an anonymous client. It isn’t hard to see what’s happening here, and it is a shame for genuine victims of sexual assault.”
