The Internet is big mad right now. Social media has come for Disney’s neck after a rocky launch to their highly-anticipated premium streaming service.
After nearly a year of hype and anticipation, the monthly digital subscription powerhouse has suffered technical issues since launching Tuesday.
Disney+ appears to have been hit by some technical errors just a few hours into its official launch on Tuesday. Some users who rushed to download Disney’s new streaming service were met with an unfortunate error message on their screen that reads “unable to connect.” The message, which appears underneath characters from “Wreck-It Ralph,” then forces users to exit the service and to try to reconnect at a later time. Disney also issued a statement admitting high demand sparked the streaming problems.
Despite its explanation, people have continued to rip Disney Plus apart for its rollout.
