The On the Run II Tour wrapped at the top of the month and The Carters celebrated another successful run across the world. Billboard now reports the tour brought in a $253.5 million bag.
The tour hit stadiums across 48 dates, with a start in Europe before wrapping in Seattle, Washington. In Europe, the tour brought in $11 million for a peak in London, while the domestic high note was $14.1 million over two dates at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in August.
The first edition of the On the Run tour brought in $109.6 million in 2014 over the course of 21 shows. The follow-up tour was supported by the Everything is Love surprise duet album and averaged $5,281,562 per 48 shows. The On the Run set of tours have sold over three million tickets, sold out 69 venues and grossed over $363 million dollars.
