Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Crew Reportedly Had a ‘Confidential Informant’

The case against Tekashi 6ix9ine continues to get worse for the rapper. The latest details include he plead not guilty to the charges and will currently be behind bars until his trial date of September 4, 2019. Beyond that, Vulture reports there was a confidential informant that was recording activities within 6ix9ine’s team.

The assistant U.S. Attorney Michael Longyear provided the details of the informant, stating the informant recorded events of those arrested that can be placed into court proceedings.

6ix9ine is preparing for his case and has hired a new criminal defense attorney. The cost of that will continue to add to a bill for the rapper, who owes $100,000 to a Los Angeles security group.
