Alleged Domestic Battery Victim Files Restraining Order Against Yung Berg

The situation is getting thicker for the “Thot Box” rapper.

Talia Tilley, the alleged victim in the domestic battery investigation against Yung Berg, has filed a restraining order against the Chi-Town rapper, claiming that she fears for her life.

As we reported, Tilley says that Berg pistol whipped her. pointed a gun at her and threatened to kill her earlier this month. The two slept together, but she claims that Berg, whose real name is Christian Ward, accused her of trying to rob him and would not let her leave until she gave up her cell phone and passcode. She alleges that when she was allowed to leave hours later, Berg kept her ID. She claims the rapper has been trashing her on social media ever since.

A judge granted Tilley the restraining order, which leaves Berg facing domestic battery charges. Her proof? pictures of her with two black eyes, a broken nose and cuts on her face.

Yung Berg aka Hitmaka Accused Of Pistol Whipping Girlfriend

Former Love & Hip-Hop Hollywood star Yung Berg, who’s also known as Hitmaka, is currently under police investigation after being accused of pistol-whipping his girlfriend over the weekend.

According to The Blast, the LAPD is currently investigating Yung Berg after his girlfriend accused him of pistol-whipping her, resulting in her being hospitalized with a broken nose.

Police reports of the incident were obtained by the site indicate that Hitamaka, whose real name is Christian Ward, and his girlfriend “became involved in a verbal dispute.” During this dispute, Ward is accused of pistol-whipping his partner at a “private residence” multiple times which resulted in “verifiable injuries” at roughly 5:00 a.m.

The alleged victim was hospitalized later on that day and was given treatment at L.A.’s Cedars Sinai Hospital. There she was diagnosed with a “closed head injury, closed fracture of the nasal bone, and facial lacerations”; which led to the unidentified woman needing stitches on the side of her head and having a broken nose. The hospital records state the injuries stemmed from an “assault.”

An emergency protective order has been issued that prevents Hitmaka from coming within 100 yards of the injured party. He’s also not allowed to contact her in any way. That order will expire by Friday, March 20 and will need to be refiled if she wishes for the order to continue.

As of press time, there was no word whether L.A. prosecutors were pursuing criminal charges, we will continue to update as the story develops.

Former Love and Hip-Hop star Yung Berg (aka Hitmaka) is being accused of pistol-whipping his girlfriend after the two got into an argument.

According to The Blast, he may be hit with a domestic battery charge after the young lady was hospitalized at Cedars Sinai in Los Angeles with severe injuries. Those injuries are as follows: closed head injury, closed fracture of nasal bone, and facial lacerations.

The police report obtained by the outlet is a record from what the woman in the picture said to the officers after the alleged abuse happened. It states the following:

  1. Berg’s real name is Christian Ward.
  2. The producer was in a dating relationship with this woman.
  3. The suspect and victim became involved in a verbal dispute.
  4. The suspect pistol-whipped victim (numerous times) resulting in verifiable injuries.
  5. The incident private residence in Los Angeles around 5:00 am on Saturday morning.
  6. It is classified as “intimate partner violence.”

The outlet further reports that the LAPD has issued an emergency protective order against Berg. It expires by March 20, 2020. He cannot come within 100 yards of the alleged victim and cannot contact her. That means that he is prohibited from getting in touch with her directly or indirectly, no social media, no emails, phones and cannot come close to her home.
