The Welcome 2 Collegrove album isn’t the first collaboration between Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz, as the longtime friends have connected on several projects in and outside of the booth. During their appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Chainz revealed that their bond goes deeper than just music.

“Uh…Wayne wanted cannabis,” admitted 2 Chainz. Wayne added on, saying, “And so every time I would go to Atlanta, and I wanted to speak about that one thing, I would always call [2 Chainz] to talk about that.”

Kamala Harris Becomes First Woman To ‘Slow Jam The News’ On ‘Fallon’

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon - Season 6

California Senator Kamala Harris hopped off the campaign trail and stopped by the Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon. Like our favorite forever president, Barack Obama, she “Slow Jam The News”  becoming the first woman to take part in the hilarious sketch.

Harris joined Fallon, and The Roots frontman Black Thought helped Kamala make her case to the American people with some style. The presidential hopeful in her best smooth voice promised to “end to fracking once and for all,” Fallon hilariously responded “Mamala Kamala just don’t give a frack. She took a good look at Mother Earth and decided it’s a MILF: A Mother I’d Like to Fix.”

Black Thought followed Fallon: “The planet is a MILF, man. Awwright. When it comes to climate, she’s a real front-runner. She’s heatin’ up like it’s still ‘Hot Girl Summer.’”

He also added, “Ever since Barack left, we’ve been off track. But Kamala is trying to get us back to black.” That’s what Mamala Kamala hopes she can accomplish, but the competition in the for the Democratic Presidential nomination is steep.

Harris is the latest political figure to partake in the slow-jam franchise. Earlier this year fellow Democratic presidential contender Pete Buttigieg also stopped by the late-night talk show and joined in on the fun. President Barack Obama famously ‘slow jammed the news’ in 2012, and 2016 and of course was one of the more popular editions.

Nicki Minaj Talks Red Lobster & Freestyles on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’

Source: 14th Annual CFDA Fashion Fund Awards NYC Featuring: Nicki Minaj Where: NYC, New York, United States When: 07 Nov 2017 Credit: Patricia Schlein/WENN.com

It’s been a long and tought road to superstardom for Queen’s own Nicki Minaj and last night on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon the Barbz gave him a little insight into the kind of bumps on the road that journey entailed.

While making their way to Red Lobster for their “dinner date,” Nicki revealed that before her platinum plaque days she actually worked at a few Red Lobsters during her youth but ultimately “I’d gotten fired from all three or four of them.” Word? Luckily for her Red Lobster doesn’t have a blackball list or something.

Touching on the topic of her latest single “Megatron,” Nicki reveals that a new project is indeed on it’s way but “I don’t know the date yet” nor does she know what she’ll be naming it. After joking around with the late night show host, Nicki participated in Jimmy’s “Wheel of Freestyle” in which three random words are chosen and Nicki has to incorporate them in a freestyle. Truth is she didn’t do half-bad, but who knows if Jimmy pulled a Slumdog Millionaire and left the words for her on a mirror backstage. We’re kidding!

Check out the interview and freestyle below and let us know what you think of Nicki’s latest single, “Megatron” (she bringing the Decepticon era of New York City back to the forefront?).
