Malibu’s Most Wanted: Shwayze Drops New Summer Anthem ‘Shwaycation

Aaron Smith, known as Shwayze, also referred to as the King of the Summer and Malibu’s Most Wanted, has recently released his latest album, Shwaycation. In this new summer anthem, Shwayze returns with his signature party beach vibes. The tracks “Tequila,” “Single for the Summer,” “I Pray,” and “Mine” showcase his lyrical skills and smooth, soulful reggae harmonies. Songs like “West Coast,” “Smoke Too Soon,” “Promises,” “Kick Back,” “Champagne Problems,” “Book a Flight,” and “Party in the Hills” highlight his direct rap flows and catchy choruses. This album follows his previous release, Shway SZN.

This is Shwayze’s eighth album to date and his fifth solo album. He originally worked with Cisco on the first three projects before embarking on a solo career. The album features contributions from Bryce Vine, Ripe, Common Kings, Kes, J. Lauryn, and Wiz Khalifa.

Shwayze first rose to prominence in 2007 alongside White Star member Cisco Adler as a duo, releasing their debut self-titled project. Their notable classics, such as “Corona and Lime” and “Buzzin’,” helped establish Shwayze in the hip-hop underground. From freestyling on stage to collaborating with Cisco, Shwayze has made a name for himself in the genre. With Shwayze, the party continues long after summer ends.

Shwayze & Wiz Khalifa “Smoke Too Soon” In New Single

Malibu’s Most Wanted, Aaron Smith, aka Shwayze, “King of the Summer,” is back with another single featuring none other than Wiz Khalifa. In this exclusive collaboration, Shwayze and Wiz both express their affinity for cannabis. It’s no secret that these two are both connoisseurs of marijuana.

Aaron Smith rose from the underground hip-hop scene, straight out of Malibu. Shwayze is previously known for hits such as “Corona and Lime” and “Buzzin’,” leading to their self-titled debut accompanied by Cisco Adler. Wiz rose to prominence in the mid-2000s. He gained early recognition with mixtapes like “Prince of the City: Welcome to Pistolvania” (2005) and “Star Power” (2008). Later, he achieved critical acclaim and built a substantial fanbase with the mixtape “Kush & Orange Juice” (2010).
