Security Guard In Lil Wayne Gun Case Decides To Press Charges

According to a report from TMZ, the security guard who claimed that Lil Wayne pulled out an assault rifle on him in the rapper’s Hollywood Hills mansion has now decided to press charges against Tha Carter emcee after initially choosing not to follow up on any legal proceedings.

Even though the guard was the one who called the police in the first place and told them he didn’t want to press charges, Wayne’s former employee has now changed his mind and decided to prosecute. It is unclear what type of charges will be filed against Carter, but the guard claims he was struck by the rapper, so some sort of assault will be in play.

With police having not even questioned Wayne about the incident leads most sources to believe that Wayne will never be charged.

Early last month, the guard called the cops on Wayne after he alleged that the YMCMB head honcho pulled out an AR-15 on him after ordering him to leave. The problem the guard has had and will continue to have is that the police didn’t believe him when he first made the report.

Gunman Opens Fire Killing 2 During Sunday Sermon In TX Church; Guard Returns Fire At Shooter

A shooter opened fire and killed two people at a Texas church this afternoon, but no one expected someone else to be packing that would critically wound the gunman, ultimately protecting the parishioners.

The West Freeway Church of Christ in White Settlement, Texas, a suburb about 15 minutes outside of Fort Worth, was the site of the shooting during the Sunday sermon. A livestream on the church’s website that caught the entire ordeal as it was happening, has since been taken down, but stills from the video captured both shooters as well as the ducking churchgoers.

According to conformed reports, the gunman was in the church during the service, but stood up and began shooting during communion. As seen in the now deleted video, the hooded shooter took aim at the crowd, but a security guard almost immediately returned fire.

At the time of this writing the motive of the shooting remains unclear, but the shooter was taken into custody alive, so many questions may still be answered.

French Montana Explains What Happened With his Security Guard During Altercation in NYC Street

French Montana cleared up a few things about his “street fight” in New York the other day and it’s not what any of us thought.

The Bronx rapper was caught on camera having a heated conversation with his security guard and knocking someone’s phone out of their hand. Several outlets reported that he was sucker punched in the street, however, it seems like no attack went down.

The “Unforgettable” rapper went on The Angie Martinez Show and explained that two members of his entourage got into a scuffle after a night of partying following the VMAs.

“We had went to the strip club, then after the strip club, we stopped to get some chopped cheese,” he said in a recent interview with Angie Martinez. “Then my boys just started arguing. The next thing, I turn around, they started fighting. My security is in the car asleep—I don’t blame him, though.”

“‘Cause you had him out all night,” the legendary radio host interjected. “Yeah. So I don’t blame him,” French said. “So, that’s why I was yelling at [my security]. Like, I shouldn’t be the one breaking up a fight.” He continued: “It was only us. It wasn’t no outside people.”

French Montana went on to explain that these types of situations are inevitable. “Let me tell you something: I’m a gangster rapper,” he said. “That means shit going to happen … I mean, if I see two of my friends fighting … you think I’m not going to go break up the fight because I’m worrying about what anybody thinks? They could end up stabbing each other, shooting each other …”

But he did reassure that the situation has since been resolved and his friends hugged it out.

“Brothers always fight. You know, sometimes it happens. It was the heat of the moment,” he said. “Everybody was lit, drinkin’ Hennessy …”
