50 Cent Sued by Radio DJ He Hit with Microphone Thrown From Stage

50 Cent is facing a lawsuit after he nailed Power 106 radio host Bryhana Monegain in the face with a microphone, according to TMZ.

Monegain was in the crowd at 50 Cent’s Final Lap Tour in Los Angeles when a disgruntled 50 Cent hurled the mic after it didn’t work.

According to the suit, Monegain was struck in the face and wrist, leaving severe and permanent injuries.

Monegain is back in the radio slot but wants to receive wages for medical expenses and other damages.

N.O.R.E. Says Kanye’s New ‘Jesus Is King’ Album Is “Trash”

CNN’s Noreaga has never been one to bite his tongue.

N.O.R.E. kept it real candid with Nick Cannon on LA’s Power 106 when he described Kanye West’s new Jesus Is King album as “trash”.

“Jesus Is King is trash. I love Kanye. I wanna be clear…How the fuck you got Clipse on a record that’s not good? Jesus is mad at this n***a.”

The Lefrak City, Queens native also stated that he feels that Ye should’ve consulted with journalists that are more acclimated with the recording process and the Hip Hop culture in general during the press campaign for the Jesus Is King album, which was released on October 25th. “As a person who made the War Report album, I’ve done records with Mariah Carey…When I see you ever go to any place other than us, the culture, I have a problem with that,” said Noreaga during the interview. Obviously, Mr. Santiago doesn’t feel like Zane Lowe was the man for the job.

“I’ma be honest, I’m a hater. I’m kinda hater. Let me explain why. Zane Lowe is a person that I respect but I don’t respect,” said Noreaga about Lowe, who was chosen by ‘Ye to travel to Wyoming to review the album. “I’m not mad at Zane Lowe at all. I’m more mad at Kanye.”

The vetran emcee and Drink Champs host went on to say Yeezy didn’t have to particularly come on his podcast, but at least kept the critics in the fold of the true culture of Hip Hop.

Power 106 Bans Kodak Black’s Music Amid Controversial Lauren London Comments

Tank already warned Kodak Black that his reckless mouth is bad for business, and he’s already being hit in his pockets.

The Florida rapper hopped on Instagram Live where he inappropriately flirted with Nipsey Hussle’s lover, Lauren London. “Lauren London that’s baby, though. She about to be out here single. She’s finna be a whole widow out here,” Kodak can be heard raving in the now-infamous Instagram Live session. “I’ll be the best man I can be for her. I’ll give her a whole year. She might need a whole year to be crying and shit for [Nipsey].”

Unsurprisingly, his remarks was met with disgust by the Hip Hop community and many people including T.I. and The Game clapped back at Kodak.

As a result of his unapologetic ignorance, his music will be banned from Power 106 in Los Angeles. Co-host of LA Leakers, Justin Credible, delivered the message on Twitter on behalf of the station. “We stand with the family of Nipsey Hussle and are appalled by the disrespectful and poor comments made by Kodak Black,” Justin Credible posted late last night. “With that, Power 106 will not support Kodak Black’s music.”

This isn’t a good look for Kodak Black who is awaiting trial for a rape charge. He seemingly apologized for his poor comments but this isn’t the first time his mouth has got him in trouble.
