“Power” creator Courtney Kemp needed a full 48 hours to get her thoughts right. The Starz executive producer has come forward to speak on the tragic death of crew member Pedro Jimenez.
On Wednesday, Kemp relied on her Instagram page to speak on how much Jimenez meant to the “Power” family.

According to reports, the tragic accident happened Monday morning in New York during season six production.
An early morning accident on the set of the sixth season of Power today has left a production assistant dead. Pedro Jimenez was fatally struck by a SUV at around 4:30 AM ET Monday while setting up parking cones for a Brooklyn location shoot for the Starz series. In the midst of the filming for the upcoming season of the Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson EP’d and Courtney Kemp created drama, Power has temporarily shut down production. (Deadline)
