Lori Loughlin has to turn herself in for her part in the August college admissions scam, and she’s reportedly concerned about catching COVID-19.
The Full House alum is “scared to death of getting COVID-19, as the virus is ravaging the federal prisons in California,” a source told US Weekly.
The 55-year-old and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, 56, will be sentenced Aug. 21.
They will also learn how much time they have to serve, if any, for paying $500,000 in bribes to get their daughters, Olivia Jade, 20, and Isabella Rose, 21, into the University of Southern California.
Lori Loughlin’s plea deal recommends that she gets two months in prison, and Giannulli gets five months. But considering the coronavirus pandemic, the non-violent offense, and white privilege, the couple would probably get off with a slap on the wrist.
“She’s met with the official who is preparing her sentencing report, which the judge will use for guidance as to how long she’ll serve,” the source told US Weekly.
