Jimmy Henchman Loses Appeal for Ordering Hit on 50 Cent’s Friend, Lodi Mack

Former Hip-Hop promoter, James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond, was accused of ordering the hit that killed G-Unit affiliate, Lodi Mack, in 2009.

Rosemond was convicted during his second trial and sentenced to life in prison. The judge allegedly made a mistake and ordered a third trial, where he was still sentenced to life in prison.

Rosemond was given two separate life sentences for drug and gun convictions. His lawyer argued that the witnesses on the case were just trying to reduce their own sentences.

However, the 2nd US Circuit Court of Appeals believes he was properly convicted for hiring someone to murder Mack.

Last May, TMZ published a story proving that 50 didn’t snitch on Jimmy Henchman. In fact, the report that was floating around on the Internet was fake as per the tabloid.

Jimmy Henchmen Receives Two Life Sentences For Murder Of G-Unit Affiliate Lodi Mack, Henchman Speaks Out Following Sentencing

Condemned Hip Hop exec Jimmy Henchmen will spend the rest of his life behind bars.

Last year, Henchman was convicted of the murder of a G-Unit affiliate, but last week, James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond received two consecutive life sentences for ordering a hit on one of 50 Cent’s former associates, Lowell “Lodi Mack” Fletcher in 2007.

Jimmy’s then 14 year old son was assaulted by “Lodi Mack” and fellow G-Unit associate Tony Yayo.

Rosemond ordered a hit to retaliate on Lodi weeks after his release from prison in September of 2009 although Tony Yayo and “Lodi Mack” were both convicted for the attack.

For his part in the attack on Jimmy Henchman’s son, G-Unit artist Tony Yayo only received 10 days of community service in comparison to Lodi’s two year sentence.

Following his sentencing, Rosemond wrote an open letter to AllHipHop.com to speak on his trial, the accusations and his murder conviction.

“This is America! I want to apologize to my family and my support system. Most importantly, to my son; When I asked you to intern as a 14 yr old at my office it was because I wanted you to see your father working and have a strong role model. I wanted you to look up to brown and black people in boardrooms rather than in the streets. I was proud of the work I was doing. I never thought when I sent you on that errand, you would be surrounded and assaulted by 50 Cent and four G-Unit grown men with guns for wearing a T-shirt…”

He continued on to claim systematic racism in the criminal justice system and to maintain his innocence.

50 Cent Drags Jimmy Henchman Into His “Positive Vibes” Trolling After Life Sentence Announcement

50 Cent

New York rapper 50 Cent isn’t done with those positive vibes. The hip-hop star has returned to trolling longtime rival James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond on social media.

Fif went to Instagram Friday (November 9) and shared a doc announcing Rosemond received a life sentence.

According to reports, Rosemond received his life sentence this week for his connection to the murder of G-Unit affiliate Lowell “Lodi Mack” Fletcher.

Geoffrey S. Berman, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, announced that JAMES ROSEMOND, a/k/a “Jimmy the Henchman,” was sentenced today to life plus 30 years in prison for ordering the murder of Lowell Fletcher, a/k/a “Lodi Mack.” A jury convicted ROSEMOND of murder-for-hire, conspiracy to commit murder-for-hire, and firearms offenses following a nine-day retrial before United States District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan, who sentenced ROSEMOND. (Justice.Gov)

Lodi Mack initially did prison time for assaulting Henchman’s son in 2007.

ROSEMOND, 53, of New York, New York, was the founder of Czar Entertainment, a rap music management company, and also the head of a large-scale cocaine trafficking organization. In March 2007, members and associates of a rival rap music group known as “G-Unit,” including Marvin Bernard, a/k/a “Tony Yayo,” and Lowell Fletcher, a/k/a “Lodi Mack,” assaulted ROSEMOND’s son. ROSEMOND’s son was not seriously injured in the assault, and Fletcher ended up serving prison time for his involvement in the assault. Nevertheless, in 2009, ROSEMOND recruited a crew of men to murder Fletcher upon his release from prison by promising at least $30,000 in payment for killing Fletcher. (Justice.Gov)

Last month, 50 Cent shared a pic of Rosemond and captioned it with an accusation of something happening to the music exec behind bars.
