[WATCH] Jimmy Kimmel Apologizes to Quinta Brunson During Her Visit to ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’

Jimmy Kimmel Apologizes to Quinta Brunson During Her Visit to 'Jimmy Kimmel Live'

Late night host Jimmy Kimmel apologized to Abbott Elementary creator Quinta Brunson during his Wednesday night show for playing dead on stage at the 74th Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday as she accepted her award.

Brunson won the Emmy for outstanding writing in a comedy series and Kimmel continued to carry out a bit on stage.

During Kimmel’s opening monologue on Wednesday, Brunson interrupted, holding her Emmy, cutting off his routine.

“You know, you’re a little bit early for your interview. It’s after the commercial,” Kimmel said.

“I know, but I have a little favor to ask, actually, Brunson said. “So you know how you win an Emmy, you only have 45 seconds to do an acceptance speech, which is not that much time? And then you get less time because someone does a dumb comedy bit that goes on a bit too long?”

She then used the rest of the monologue time to finish her acceptance speech, thanking fans, cast, and more. After the break, Kimmel spoke about the moment.

“I do want to explain this for those who may be confused by this,” said Kimmel. “That was a dumb comedy bit that we thought would be funny. I lost, and then I drank too much, and I had to be dragged out on the stage. And then people got upset. They said that I stole your moment, and maybe I did. I’m very sorry if I did do that — I’m sorry I did do that, actually. And also, the last thing I would ever want to do is upset you because I think so much of you, and I think you know that. I hope you know that.”

Today In Hip Hop History: Suge Knight Joked About Eazy-E’s AIDS-Related Death 19 Years Ago

Screen Shot 2022 03 10 at 11.49.50 PM

Today in 2003, former Death Row CEO Suge Knight appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! after his nine-year prison bid and made a shocking insinuation about the AIDS-related death of N.W.A. and Ruthless Records founder Eric “Eazy-E” Wright in 1995.

Kimmel and his crowd jeered and cringed as Knight chuckled at his cruel joke, while the late-night talk show host played it off with a one-liner about the terror level going up a notch after Knight’s mention of the gangsta rap pioneer.

The former Death Row CEO landed himself back in prison a decade following this interview. Karma is a bitch,

Audio of Jimmy Kimmel Repeatedly Saying the N-Word in 1996 Snoop Dogg Impersonation Resurfaces

Audio of Jimmy Kimmel Repeatedly Saying the N-Word in 1996 Snoop Dogg Impersonation Resurfaces

Jimmy Kimmel is the latest victim of cancel culture. He was recently accused of dismissing the sexualization of a teenaged Megan Fox.

Their interview resurfaced and the actress revealed that she was only 15-years-old when she was casted as an extra in the 2003 Bad Boys II movie. Michael Bay wanted her in the club scene but she was too young to sit at the bar, so he had her stand at a waterfall in heels and a bikini. Kimmel laughed it off, but apparently, fans wanted him to do more.

The TV host is on the cancel block once again because he made a parody Christmas song called “Christmastime in the LBC,” which is supposed to be a Snoop Dogg imitation. He spits lyrics like “n*gga in the manger,” “I told that motherf*cker Santa, bring a pick for my afro,” and “fat n*gga in a sleigh giving sh*t away.”

Apparently, Jimmy Kimmel has a weird fascination with Black culture because he used blackface on The Man Show which ran for five years from 1999 to 2004.

Check out the audio from the song and let us know your thoughts:

Watch: Jimmy Kimmel Exposes Fox News Switching Sides W/ Kanye West & Donald Trump Meeting

Jimmy Kimmel

Late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel is out here speaking facts. The funnyman has shared his take on rap star Kanye West and President Donald Trump meeting tomorrow for lunch.

On last night’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” broadcast, the host ripped Fox News for changing its tone toward rappers in light of Trump/Kanye following past disses fired at President Barack Obama doing the same thing with an open invitation to hip-hop veteran Common.

Tyga & Offset Give Jimmel Kimmel A “Taste” W/ Live Performance

G.O.O.D Music’s Tyga is soaking in all of the attention right now. The hip-hop star went linked up with “Taste” collaborator Offset last night to perform their infectious “Taste” smash on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”

Draped in all red and shades, Tyga and Offset hit the stage Tuesday (September 25) night for an unforgettable set.

Recently, Tyga said G.O.O.D. Music boss Kanye West loved the “Taste” video.

“We dropped it the first day and all the reactions, like it was crazy,” he continues. “It got like, I don’t know…a million views like the first day, something crazy…Kanye hit me up and he was like, ‘Man, this is the best video of all time.’ … That was cool that he checked the video out [as] soon as it came out. And he was like on it, like one of the first people on it so, that was dope.” (Billboard)

A few days ago, Tyga dropped his new “Dip” and “Swap Meet” singles.

Recently, buzz developed about Tyga taking legal action against his former bosses Lil Wayne and Birdman‘s companies.

Tyga claims Young Money — run by Lil Wayne — shorted him “significant sums.” He goes on in his lawsuit to claim in 2016 both Cash Money and Young Money agreed to pay Tyga all the royalties that he says were owed to him for years, but he didn’t get squat. Tyga says he’s tried over and over to get paid, only to get stonewalled. (TMZ)
