NBA YoungBoy scored another win in court.
The rapper recently shared that he was off probation and now he’s avoiding jail time in the assault and kidnapping case with his ex-girlfriend, Jania Jackson.
TMZ reports that he plead guilty to misdemeanor simple battery family violence. The original kidnapping and aggravated assault charges were dropped. Unfortunately, he’s back on probation for the next 12 months in connection to the case.
In addition, NBA YoungBoy has to pay a fine of $1,500 and complete anger management classes. And of course he can’t “have no violent contact with the victim.”
Jania didn’t even want to press charges to begin with and wasn’t cooperative during the investigation. Ware County D.A., George Barnhill told TMZ, “We resolved the case as best we could without her cooperation.”
