Kanye West’s ‘Ye’, ‘I Love It’ Featuring Lil Pump Goes Gold

Kanye West has another win, or two, to be correct. As of late, the Recording Institution of America confirmed Kanye’s ‘Ye collection a gold certification. His Lil Pump-assisted effort, “I Love It,” has likewise gone gold.

Ye, a venture which has up to this point turned out to be one of Kanye’s all the more polarizing endeavors, earned its gold status on Sept. 21. Released in June, seven-track venture included features from 070 Shake, PartyNextDoor, Valee and more.

“I Love It,” a track which Yeezy debuted at the 2018 PornHub Awards a month ago, and was confirmed gold two or after three weeks on Oct. 4. With its Roblox-inspired visuals and a catchy hook from Pump, “I Love It” was will undoubtedly be a win. The visual for the track has just been seen more than 244 million times, so we wouldn’t be surprised if the song earns another plaque in the near future.

With his new plaques close by, Kanye is hinting at no backing off. His Yandhi collection is set to drop on Black Friday, Nov. 23

Rich Gang’s Young Thug might want to pitch a new “I Love It” remix. Thugger hit up social media this week to share his own rendition of Kanye West and Lil Pump‘s smash record.

YT went to Instagram Thursday (October 4) with a shot of himself channeling the must-see “I Love It” video.

Last week, Thug teased his new Barter 7 album would likely drop sooner than later.

Earlier the same week, Thug surprised fans with his On The Rvn EP release.

The 6-track project features Elton John—on the long-touted “Rocket Man” remix, here titled “High”—plus Jaden Smith and 6lack. On the Rvn closely follows Thug’s previous LP, Slime Language which dropped August 17 and featured Lil Uzi Vert, Lil Baby, Gunna, and more. He recently shared the video for the project’s Gunna track “Dirty Shoes.” (Pitchfork)

Florida rapper Lil Pump isn’t ready to move onto his next single. Instead, the hip-hop newcomer has celebrated fans keeping an overnight “I Love It” challenge growing.

Pump went to Instagram last night (September 19) and shared one of the latest fan-submitted video contributions.

The popular record has already turned into the top streaming song in the country.

Kanye West and Lil Pump’s “I Love It” launches at No. 6 on the Hot 100, as its bows at No. 1 on Streaming Songs with 46.6 million first-week U.S. streams, with its profile boosted by the viral “I Love It” Challenge, in which, perhaps most prominently, James Corden, as well as fans of the song have mimicked West and Lil Pump’s supersized boxy wardrobes worn in the track’s official video.
