A little less than a day after Allen Iverson reported $500,000 worth of jewelry was stolen, the thief turned himself in.

Multiple outlets reported that the culprit was a tall, slim man in his early twenties. Philadelphia’s ABC 6 Action News reports Christoper Daniel, 21, decided to spare himself further embarrassment and surrender.

Daniel admitted that he stole the bag that was reportedly left unattended in a hotel lobby, but returned all the items. It’s unclear what he’ll be charged with but he’s definitely facing some theft charges.

It was reported that Allen Iverson wasn’t even at the hotel at the time of the robbery.
