2 Chainz Speaks Out After Car Accident In Miami

Over Art Basel weekend, Florida Highway Patrol confirmed there was a three-vehicle crash in which one, then-unidentified adult male was rushed to a local hospital. The hospitalized driver was later identified as ATL trap rap star 2 Chainz, who is now speaking out for the first time since the accident.

Yesterday, (December 11), Chainz posted an image of the car that hit his Mercedes from behind on IG, captioning his post, “This the car that hit us from behind..Praise God for the blessings , Things could have been worse , but it wasn’t , don’t wanna pity party, but i do appreciate every single person that checked up on me , sometimes someone in my position don’t feel like the love real or maybe it’s mind thing , but I truly felt the love and don’t worry bout me , I’m good , shake back king ”

Reports noted a Tesla hit 2 Chainz’s vehicle while the artist was driving on I-95. Police allegedly suspect the person in the Tesla was driving under the influence. The rapper’s car was hit from behind by the Tesla and 2 Chainz’s car was totaled as a result.

According to TMZ, the 46-year-old rapper managed to avoid being seriously injured in the incident and he’s back home resting.

Mike Will Made-It And Swae Lee Survive Near Fatal NYE Car Crash

On the first day of the year, Mike Will Made-It took to IG to thank God that he and Swae Lee were still alive following a near fatal car crash, but both walked away from the accident with minor bruises.

“2021 we turning lemons to lemonade all year. We could have been dead easily, but we made-it out with just a couple bruises. We here for a reason,” said Mike in his life-altering social media post.

Mike even posted pic of him on top and next to the wrecked vehicle, which hasn’t been confirmed if it was in a crash with another car or if the platinum producer wrecked the car by himself.

Soulja Boy’s Car Nearly Drives Into Ocean During California Mudslides

There are flash floods throughout California that are causing mudslides, leaving people stranded in their cars. Soulja Boy was one of the people involved in such an incident. He posted a picture on Twitter that confirmed that he was in a sticky situation resulting from the mudslides.

He later tweeted clarifying that he was “in a very bad car accident.” He explained that his car is still “in the water in the middle of the mudslide/flood.”

Soulja Boy is unbothered about losing his car. “I’m just thankful to be alive, I don’t care about the car it’s materialistic, you can’t take it with you when you’re gone,” he added on his Instagram.

He recently removed his two video game consoles after shrugging off the idea of a lawsuit from Nintendo. “For anyone that thinks Nintendo is going to sue me you’re retarded,” he said in since-deleted tweets. “Nothing’s going to happen everything is legit. My console isn’t going anywhere trust me.”

Prayers Up: Melyssa Ford Shares Heartbreaking Update After Near-Fatal Car Crash

Back in June, Melyssa Ford suffered a near-fatal car accident when an 18-wheeler crashed into her Jeep in L.A., causing it to flip three times. While Ford survived, as she was wearing her seatbelt, she fractured her skull and has spent the last few months trying to recuperate.

Over the weekend, the model, actress, and former video vixen gave fans an update on how she’s been doing. “I’m battling Depression,” she started out. “Crushing, malignant Depression. It was always there; it’s just been made a little worse because of the head trauma from the crash.” She also explained that she feels guilty because although she survived, she’s not always grateful.

“There are days where simple tasks takes the effort of 40 men,” she said in the Instagram caption. “Mornings where I’m unhappy to wake and see the sun because it’s another day spent listlessly looking for solid meaning in life. The guilt I feel at having survived and not feeling constant gratitude is a heavy weight to bear. I’m trying to jump back into my life but it feels like there are two Me’s: Before and After the crash. And I barely know who Before Me is anymore.”

She ended her note by urging her followers to check in on their “strongest friend” because “no one ever does.” Our hearts go out to Ford and we are keeping her health and peace of mind in our prayers.
