Roddy Ricch Lowers Price on Beverly Hills Home

Roddy Ricch is selling his home in Beverly Hills. He purchased it in 2021 for $5.6 million, and it has been on the market since October 2022. The “The Box” rapper originally asked for $5.9 million for his home, but that has gone down since. Now, Roddy Ricch is asking for $5.75 million.

The home is over 3,000 square feet, with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Some of the features include a fireplace, wood floors, and glass doors. Also, the main bedroom comes with a private deck. Outside the private abode is a pool, spa, and a seating area to lounge in.

Besides the pool and spa, there’s more land and a basketball court. This property is easy to miss, hidden behind huge palm trees and bushes.

[WATCH] Big Sean Shows Off $8.7M Mansion He Bought From Guns N’ Roses’ Slash

Famed Detroit slang spitter Big Sean was the latest celeb to make an appearance on Architectural Digest‘s “Open Door” series, where notables allow the publication into their homes to show off their structural purchases.

Sean bought the seven-bedroom, 11,000 square foot Beverly Hills home from Guns N’Roses’ Slash four years ago for $8.7 million. The estate features a club, a 13-seat theatre, a limestone pool, spa and a recording studio, which Sean custom built to record some of his latest projects.

“My last few albums have been produced in-home…when I look out to the left, I can see the building of my very first apartment from when I moved out of my mom’s house in Detroit,” Sean said.

#GorillaGlueGirl Update: Tessica Brown Successfully Has Gorilla Glue Removed From Scalp

Tessica Brown, widely known across social media as the “Gorilla Glue Girl,” has captivated many with the saga involving her using Gorilla Glue on her scalp. With the help of a Beverly Hills surgeon, Ms. Brown is finally free of her household adhesive bondage as was revealed in a new exclusive report.

TMZ was on hand to witness the removal of the Gorilla Glue from Brown’s scalp at the hands of Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Obeng, a native of Ghana, who waived the $12,500 fee for the procedure.

Tessica was under a light anesthesia during the procedure, you’ve gotta see her reaction as she came out of it, and immediately reached for her hair. She got pretty choked up once she realized she could once again run her fingers through it.

We asked if she’s done with home styling after the Gorilla Glue nightmare, and let’s just say she’s got big plans for this weekend.

As the outlet notes, Dr. Obeng, who holds a degree in chemistry from Midwestern State University, applied a solution of medical-grade adhesive remover, olive oil, aloe vera, and a touch of acetone. The solution helped dissolve the polyurethane in the Gorilla Glue thus making the removal seamless.

Some might know Dr. Obeng’s name from the E! reality series Second Wives Club, which features his former wife, Veronika Obeng. The pair have long since divorced and Ms. Obeng is continuing her appearance on the series according to new reports. Dr. Obeng filed a suit against the E! network to block an airing of an episode featuring him and the couple’s children.

‘Real Housewives’ Star Selling The Home Where Pop Smoke Was Murdered

According to several confirmed reports, Teddi Mellencamp, the reality TV star from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, is the owner of the home where Brooklyn rapper Pop Smoke was killed in January and Mellencamp is now putting up the home for sale.

The reality TV mainstay and her husband are looking to get rid of the home where the home invasion robbery took the life of rising star Bashar “Pop Smoke” Jackson, who was only 20 years old at the time of his murder.

The suspects in the murder have since been arrested and charged.

Located above the Sunset Strip, the 4,300 square foot home features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a gym, a home office, and a master suite with a soaking tub and a walk-in closet. Also, there is a city view from the pool area and features a heated spa, dining patio, lounge, and a BBQ kitchen/bar.

DaBaby Assaults Hotel Employee, Claims his Daughter’s Safety was At Risk

It seems almost every week DaBaby is getting into an altercation with another person. Just a couple weeks ago DaBaby, whose real name is Jonathan Kirk, was arrested for robbing a Miami club promoter and on outstanding warrants in Texas a brawl in a Dallas airport. Recently, footage has come out of DaBaby getting into an altercation with a Beverly Hills hotel employee.

In the video, the North Carolina emcee is seen walking in the hotel with three other men, one who is the employee, and shoving him into a seat. DaBaby then stands over the employee and points his finger in the employee’s face. After DaBaby gave the employee a piece of his mind, he and his crew leave.

The “BOP” rapper took to Instagram to clarify what happened. He claimed that the employee came up to him and asked if he could record a video while he was holding his 2-year-old daughter. DaBaby told the employee that taking the video of him and his daughter would compromise his daughter’s safety because it would let people on social media know where he and his daughter were.

Despite being told no, the employee walked to the other side of the parking lot and recorded a video of DaBaby and his daughter on Snapchat. DaBaby then handed his daughter to her uncle and went to deal with the disrespectful employee.

Shots Ring Off At Tekashi 6ix9ine, Kanye West & Nicki Minaj Video Shoot

Tekashi 6ix9ine has attempted to distance himself from the violence that seems to be following him in the wake of narrowly dodging serious jail time over an older child sex case. The “FeFe” star, along with Nicki Minaj and Kanye West, was on the set of a Beverly Hills video shoot when shots rang out in the early morning hours out west.

The Blast reports:

Multiple shots have been fired near the area of the Tekashi69, Kanye West, and Nicki Minaj video shoot.

An official at the Beverly Hills Police Department tells The Blast shots were fired near the house where the stars were filming near Alpine Drive. We’re told police are currently on scene investigating the situation.

Alpine is a pretty famous street in 90210, and has been home over the years to legendary stars like Gene Hackman, Don Rickles, Donna Reed and Walter Matthau.

Sources on scene tell us Tekashi and Kanye were on set, but Nicki had not yet arrived when shots rang out. Our source believes it was a “drive-by shooting” scenario. We know for sure Ye was not injured, and has just left the scene.

According to the emergency dispatch audio, officials were notified of “shots fired” and immediately called in fire and ambulance to assist with any possible injuries. A helicopter was also called in to provide air support.

In an update, the authorities have collected evidence of five shell casings on the ground and are conducting a wide-area investigation of the shooting in order to locate a possible suspect. There is also reported video of the said shooting.
