Future Is Begging For Privacy In His In Paternity Case With Eliza Reign

Future and his on-going legal battle with his alleged baby mama, Eliza Reign continues. Our friends at BOSSIP is exclusively reporting the rapper is requesting “privacy” in the matter.

The toxic gawd doesn’t want us knowing pertinent information like his financials and paternity details BOSSIP reports. The “March Madness” rapper has filed court papers pleading with the Florida family court judge to let him off the hook in having to share his financial income or take a paternity test. He is arguing that it could cause “material injury and irreparable harm,” the website reports.

Future’s lawyer is accusing his alleged baby mama, Eliza Reign, and her lawyer of spilling the tea on their case to various news outlets, which also includes BOSSIP.

Future’s attorney claims that websites’ aggressive reporting on the case proves that Reign is “leaking” information to the outlets, and he fears if he provides his income and paternity test, his business will be out in the e-streets.

If the “Life is Good” rapper is required to share his finances, his lawyer is asking that “the scope be narrowed and be filed under seal and only designated people to have access to it,” BOSSIP reports.

The judge has yet to rule on court orders that forced Future to provide his financial information and take a paternity test. In the court docs, Reign’s lawyers state the rapper has yet to comply with either.

Reign is seeking up to $53,754 a month in child support for her daughter, and that number is based on Future’s $19.5 million a year income as reported by Forbes. The insanely fertile rapper is arguing that Reign only needs $450 in child support and accused her of calling the child a “check baby.”

Wrap It Up Next Time: Eliza Reign Continues Legal Fight Against Future Regarding Alleged Daughter

Eliza Reign, who claims Future is the father of her child, is fighting back against the rapper’s attempt to sue her for invasion of privacy and to place a gag order on her. In new legal docs, Reign aims to have Future’s case dismissed and says that her paternity suit shouldn’t be framed as her sharing private details of his life, especially since his prolific baby-making ways are known to the public.

TMZ obtained the court records and highlighted the key parts of Reign’s latest legal moves. From Future’s side, he believes Reign is somehow smearing his name by bringing up the fact that he allegedly fathered little Reign Wilburn. Reign fired back and said that any talk of paternity in the public would have been settled long ago if Future took the court-ordered test to determine the truth about his fatherhood status.

However, Reign’s motion was denied due to the paperwork exceeding the page limit but the outlet adds that she will be able to file a shorter motion or request a page-limit extension at a later date. Future has said in the past via the courts that his side believes Reign is only trying to entrap him financially by having the baby.

In an unrelated paternity matter, a woman named Cindy Parker claimed Future was the father of her young son, Legend Wilburn. Parker sued Future for custody, child support, and paternity but dropped her lawsuit which points to the possibility that the pair settled their matter privately.

Lil Rel In Custody Drama With His Baby’s Mother And Her Husband

Talk about baby mama drama!

Famed comedian Lil Rel Howery is embroiled in a messy custody battle for his son after learning that his ex has made both him and her current husband think that they are both the father of her two year old son.

Chicago native Rel says in recently filed documents in court that his baby’s mother is claiming two men and the father of their two year old son. She told the Get Out he was the father and he has financially supported the child since birth. He says she told him the child had his last name and he often flew the child from Illinois to Los Angeles to visit him. He claims she also told him she was divorced.

Rel now claims that his child’s mother, LeChez Davis, put her husband’s name on the child’s birth certificate instead of that of Howery.

Last month, Rel took the DNA test and found out that he is indeed the father of the two year old baby boy.

Howery is seeking full custody and wants to move his son with him to Los Angeles.

Wendy Williams Takes Shots at Big Kev’s New Baby Mom, “She’s Mis-E-Rable!”

This has been a tough year for Hip-Hop’s favorite “Hot Topics Queen,” Wendy Williams. It was revealed earlier in 2019, that her husband Kevin cheated on her resulting in a new baby.

It seemed like everything started to unravel, and that karma was finally catching up with Williams. However, Williams did not go down without a fight. She got her Rocky Balboa on and emerge flyer and classier than ever. After hosting her own personal “Hot Girl Summer,” she is back on her show seemingly free to move it, dip it and do it.

Part of that dipping and doing it is living in her full truth, and saying what the fluck she wants to say. On Wednesday’s episode of her killer talk show, The Wendy Williams show, she finally addresses her husband’s baby mama drama situation. And the shade was just as hilarious as it was funny.

Wendy when talking about the Top Shop heiress and her “Hot Felon” turned model and their break up. The two have a child and listen to how she connects this to her situation.

Wendy says, “I only said this as a joke through ‘Hot Topics,’ you know poke a hole in the condom. And get pregnant. But that backfired on me didn’t it!”

She pauses and takes a sip from her coffee mug with all the “I owned it” sass a true diva could muster in one fit of shade.

“OK now. All’s I’m saying is turnabouts a fair game. I’m a fair game player and a straight shooter too.” pointing her fingers at the camera Wendy gestures, “Pow Pow.”

She ends the bit taking a jab at her soon to be ex hubby and his baby mama, “She regrets that mess though. Life is not what you think it is behind the scenes. Trust me!”

The audience aka her co-hosts go wild as she imitates taking a leisurely drag from her cigarette.

“Homegirl is mis-e-rable, like ‘Ehhh’ (mimics holding a crying baby in her arms). In the meantime, I’m over here, you know.”

She ends it with one last dig and we are here for it all the way. “That’s what you get!”
