It’s been nearly a year since Juice WRLD released his debut Goodbye & Good Riddance. Since then, the Chicago rapper has topped the charts with his 4x platinum hit “Lucid Dreams,” released a collaborative album with his idol Future (WRLD on Drugs), and toured Europe with Nicki Minaj. Now he returns with his sophomore album Death Race for Love.
Comprised of 22 tracks, the project features the singles “Hear Me Calling” and “Robbery,” which became Juice’s highest debut on the Hot 100. It also boasts collaborations with Young Thug (“ON GOD”), Brent Faiyaz (“Demonz”), and Clever (“Ring Ring”), with production from No I.D., Cardo, Hit-Boy, and Boi-1da.

According to Billboard, Death Race was recorded in a Hollywood studio over five days. “The last album had a certain vibe to it,” Juice tells the magazine. “But my new album has no boundaries. I finally found my own style, and it’s the best feeling ever.”
The 20-year-old is currently on the “Nicki WRLD Tour” with Nicki Minaj through March 28 before returning to the U.S. for his headlining tour, starting April 25 in Vancouver. The North American trek, which wraps June 8 in Dallas, includes a stop at Coachella next month.
