Atlanta rapper Soulja Boy is having the biggest breakout Twitter comeback of 2019. The hip-hop star has acknowledged his return to the spotlight by checking on tweet guru Kanye West.

This week, SB went to Twitter to check on Kanye since he hasn’t tweeted since January 1.
