In an interview with WGCI radio, Shannon Brown reminisces on his love for his ex-wife, Monica Arnold. In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, an interviewer asked the former NBA player what would it take for her to get the divorced couple back together.

Shannon responded, “Whatever you need to whatever you feel like,” while smiling from ear to ear. The interviewer then asked Shannon if he wanted to get back with Monica. “Man she my forever valentine. She’s just a huge part of how I think about love I guess. She show love I try to show it back.”

After eight years of marriage, Monica and Shannon divorced back in October of 2019. Prior to the divorce being finalized, Monica was spotted out several times without wearing her ring, after rumors of infidelity arose between the couple. The “So Gone” singer has never seemed to speak in an ill manner about her former husband, in an interview with Ru Paul, Monica mentioned, “No matter what happens, he will always get my absolute respect, gratitude and also my assistance in being a part of whatever his life becomes. He’s an athlete. Everything that he does, I’ll be there to support because that’s what I vowed to do, even when the other side of it does not work.”

There seems to still be love in the air between the former Power couple. When Shannon was asked if there’s a chance for the couple to reconcile, with a smile, Shannon responded, “I mean you know, I think its a lil pavement that I could get into.”
