Sometimes being antisocial works in your favor.
After a major week in releases, Roddy Ricch will top the Billboard 200 chart with his debut album Please Excuse Me for Being Antisocial.
Ricch’s album was competing against new releases from French Montana, posthumous pushes from Juice WRLD and XXXTentacion, The Who and Camila Cabello. Ricch moved 101,00 equivalent album units to take over the top spot.
Juice WRLD’s debut album Goodbye & Good Riddance came back into the top 10, hitting the No. 5 spot and his second effort, Death Race for Love, hit No. 10.
The Who landed at No. 2, with their latest effort, Who, clocking in at 89,000 equivalent album units. Of the who’s numbers, 88,000 was traditional sails. Of Ricch’s numbers, 98,000 were from steaming units, equaling 130,7 million streams for the songs.
Camila Cabello hit No. 3 with her Romance album at 86,000 equivalent album units, 54,000 were sales.
XXXTentacion landed at No. 5 with Bad Vibes Forever, which is being called his final album.
French Montana is further down the chart with only 24,523 copies moved of his album, settling for a debut at No. 25.
