The heat has been on for R. Kelly since Surviving R. Kelly on Lifetime kicked off 2019. A wave of “being canceled,” dropped from his label, legal investigation and a plethora of additional problems plagued the Chicago singer, but now it appears that business as usual for R. Kelly.
In his first tweet since the docu-series aired, R. Kelly reveals that he will be touring as “The King of R&B” in a venture that is promoted by Flamingo Dreamz.
While R. Kelly can’t hit cities in the United States like Philadelphia, he can hit different nations. The tour is stated to bring the famed singer to stages overseas, with shows in Australia, New Zealand and Sri Lanka billed for the moment.
R. Kelly is currently looking to land a deal with a new distributor to put out new music after he was released from Sony/RCA. Kelly negotiated to have ownership to the music that he was currently creating. You can check out the tour announcement below
