“Power” stars Joseph “Tommy” Sikora and Lela “Angela” Loren might not rock with each other on-screen but when the cameras aren’t rolling, they’re totally about those friendship goals. The duo linked up this Mother’s Day weekend to toast to the good life.
On Sunday, Loren went to Instagram with a selfie of herself and Tomm – er – Joseph.
On Saturday, show executive producer 50 Cent teased its final run.
Heading into the weekend, “Power” creator Courtney Kemp reflected on her series coming to an end.

At 3:28 AM, today, PST, I wrote these words for the first time ever. If you know me, you know I love to type “End of Episode,” but these words are something different. Emotional. A life moment. No matter how many shows I ever write, @power_starz will always be the first, the journey that brought me from new mom and first-time showrunner to now. Writing the #powertv series finale has been a labor of love, a transformative experience, and a huge privilege. I am grateful and humbled to write these words, to have the opportunity to tell a story and end it well, in a forthright way, to the best of my ability. I will say this: the end is harder than the beginning, but so deeply worth the work. I share this work with @la_gabriela_uribe who started the journey with me seven years ago in development. To @50cent and @markcanton who read a million drafts of the pilot all those years ago. And to @shinybootz who is back to shoot the shit out of this finale… full circle. Thanks for believing in my writing before we met a single actor or even went to @starz to pitch. It’s showtime, y’all. Here we go.
