PARTYNEXTDOOR is set to package his Colours series into one project. Back in Dec. 2014, the OVO Sound crooner dropped a 4-track project as the first installment to the series. The sequel would arrive nearly 3 years after with another track-list of 4 songs entitled, COLOURS 2. While the sequel has always been available on streaming platforms, it has not been packaged together as an 8-track project.
The Grammy-nominated artist took to his social media Wednesday to make the announcement.
“Making the original COLOURS finally available everywhere Friday for the fans,” said PND.
Along with the announcement, he vowed to return shortly with what we can assume will be some new tunes.
“Locked in, will be back soon.”
The release of COLOURS follows PARTYNEXTDOOR’s 2020 release of PARTYPACK, which was filled with previously released fan favorites that have yet to touch streaming platforms. PND is following in the footsteps of his OVO label boss, Drake. Back in 2019, Drizzy dropped Care Package. The project’s track-list included fan favorites as well that finally got the change to see the streaming daylight.
The release of COLOURS will be well received from both old and new PND fans.
