Cardi B and Offset are calling it quits.

Earlier today, the “WAP” rapper filed for divorce from her husband of three years, saying the marriage is “irretrievably broken” and “there are no prospects for a reconciliation.” Now PEOPLE reports that the marriage fell apart because the Migos rapper was unfaithful again.

This would not be the first time Offset has faced accusations of infidelity. In December 2018, Cardi announced that the couple was separating after Offset was accused of cheating on his wife with another woman.

“When me and my husband got into our issues–you know, he cheated and everything–and I decided to stay with him and work together with him, a lot of people were so mad at me; a lot of women felt disappointed in me,” Cardi told Vogue in January. “But it’s real-life shit. If you love somebody and you stop being with them, and you’re depressed and social media is telling you not to talk to that person because he cheated, you’re not really happy on the inside until you have the conversation.”

They later reconciled after Offset admitted to his infidelity and pleaded with his wife for forgiveness, even crashing her Rolling Loud set in 2018. “I made my wife look crazy,” he told “The Breakfast Club” in February 2019. “So I take the punishment, I take them not liking me. I take that, I deserve that.”

In her Vogue interview, Cardi explained why she decided to take her husband back. “Everybody has issues. I believe in forgiveness. I prayed on it. Me and my husband, we prayed on it. We had priests come to us. And we just came to an understanding like, bro, it’s really us against the world.”

She added, “He has my back for everything, I have his back for everything, so when you cheat, you’re betraying the person that has your back the most. Why would you do that? We have come to a clear understanding. For me, monogamy is the only way. I’ll beat your ass if you cheat on me.”

The couple, who secretly married in September 2017 and announced their marriage in June 2018, share a 2-year-old daughter, Kulture. The divorce filing comes just days before their third wedding anniversary, Sept. 20.

According to TMZ, Cardi is seeking primary physical and legal custody of Kulture. She also wants Offset to pay child support and cover her legal expenses. It appears that there is no prenup because Cardi is asking for “an equitable division of all marital assets.”

The pair is due in court Nov. 4.
