Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You” is currently the number one song in the country. Billboard announced the Christmas anthem has hit the top of the Hot 100 chart for the first time since its 1994 release.

Mariah Carey’s holiday classic made a run for the top of the charts last year but only hit No. 3. The single is now her 19th No. 1 single, placing her just one behind The Beatles who hold the record of 20 chart-topping singles.
Carey now has a number one record in three decades: the 1990s, 2000s & 2010s. The other three artists to achieve that are Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, and Usher.
The song tops the Streaming Songs chart for the second consecutive week. The song is up 30% to 45.6 million U.S. streams in the week ending Dec. 12. The song is also No. 1 on Digital Song Sales, gaining 185% to 27,000 units sold of the week.
