Grammy-winning rapper Lil Wayne and Toya Carter are proud-proud right now. The former married couple have celebrated their daughter Reginae Carter‘s 21st birthday.

On Friday, both Wayne and Toya went to Instagram to turn up for their mini-me’s huge b-day.

I’ll never forget the day I found out I had a little baby girl growing inside me.  I was excited, nervous, and terrified all at the same time.  The anticipation of being a mother created a new sense of responsibility in my life. The thought that this little girl would rely on me for everything was overwhelming.  At the time, I was 16 and just a child myself.  With God’s help I somehow figured it out. The last 21 years have gone so fast and now you are a beautiful young woman.  When I look at you, I feel comfort in knowing that I must have done something right (even though some moments I question myself). You are amazing and I’m both blessed and honored to be your mother.  I’m excited for this new chapter in your life! All I ask is that you Remain HUMBLE, God fearing and always be a lady.
