NBA superstar LeBron James continues to remind fans he’s a huge hip-hop supporter by delivering a major The Lost Tapes 2 co-sign. The Los Angeles Lakers leader went to social media to share footage of himself turning up to Nas‘ latest solo effort.
King James took a break from preparing for the 2019-2020 season recently and shared an epic clip of himself saluting Nasir Jones on his audio gem.
Based on early estimates, Nas’ new album is expected to easily debut as one of Billboard 200’s top releases.
Despite likely missing out on a top spot, Nas’ new LP is jam-packed with major production.
Nas released his The Lost Tapes 2 album this week via Mass Appeal/Def Jam featuring songs that did not make the cut on his past few LPs. It features production from RZA, Pharrell, Kanye West, Swizz Beatz, No I.D., Pete Rock, Hit-Boy and more. The New York legend’s album is on pace to do 17-20k copies (5-7k pure sales) which is much lower than we anticipated. (Hip Hop-N-More)
