Lauren London is moving her family into a new house.
The actress has purchased a $1.7 million home in Sherman Oaks, Calif. The updated Spanish-style cottage, originally built in 1949, is situated behind walls and gates in the suburban San Fernando Valley neighborhood.
According to Variety, the 2,600-square-foot residence has four bedrooms and three bathrooms with a grassy front lawn and backyard with a pool, spa, and bar.
Other features of the open-concept floorplan include a fireplace-equipped living room that connects to an office/study, a formal dining area, and an eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom boasts a private balcony, walk-in closet with custom built-ins, and a soaking tub and rainfall showerhead.
The 35-year-old L.A. native purchased the house from “Days of Our Lives” and “Devious Maids” actor Matt Cedeño and his wife Erica Franco.
London is mother to Kameron, her 10-year-old son with Lil Wayne, and Kross, her 3-year-old son with Nipsey Hussle. She recently appeared at the Grammys where Nipsey took home two awards for Best Rap Performance (“Racks in the Middle”) and Best Rap/Sung Collaboration (“Higher”). She has also teamed up with PUMA to launch the PUMA x The Marathon Clothing collection in honor of her late boyfriend.
