Kim Porter was found dead in her home on Thursday. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office issued a statement confirming her death at 11:40 a.m. in Toluca Lake, California. When they arrived to the scene she was unresponsive. There’s still no known cause of her death, but new details recently surfaced.

LAPD reports Diddy was on the scene and was obviously devastated and cooperative and “was extremely cooperative and obviously very upset. We had basic questions for him for us to be able to conduct our investigation…Our hearts go out to him and his family.”

Diddy is reportedly “devastated and shocked” about the untimely passing of the mother of his three children, Kim Porter, as per PEOPLE.

“Diddy is devastated and shocked. He and Kim were still very close friends and co-parents even though their romantic relationship didn’t work,” a source tells PEOPLE. “They were still a family,” the source adds.

The family hasn’t publicly commented on the situation.
