Wild N’ Out star Justina Valentine is best known for her snappy comebacks, hilarious commentary, and serious wordplay. Fresh off the tour and the release of her new album, Favorite Vibe, the New Jersey-native begins campaigning the new music with the release of the music video to the album’s lead track, “Damn”.
The new video is directed by Joan Roman and Kevin Losani with production by Shy Boogs. In the video, Valentine hosts a girls day out as she rallies all of her beautiful lady friends for their own rave. Neon paint, neon lights, twerking, kush-out school bus, and egotistical raps about being able to stunt on all the haters.
Idolized for her swift and just lyricism, the new single shows us Valentine’s softer smooth side that explores the intimate and vulnerable side of the promising actor.
Favorite Vibe is the latest effort from the “Candy Land” hitmaker. Following up her 2016 collective,Scarlet Letter, the eight-track project showcases an intimate side of the rhyme slayer that many may not be too familiar with. Early bravado on the lead single, the project is home to Valentine’s sexual exploration with tracks like “Deep End”, “Voicemail” and “G.O.A.T.”. The project features a guest appearance by chart-topping Atlantic recording artist PNB Rock on “Don’t Save Her”.
Justina Valentine‘s new single, “Damn” is available now via EMPIRE/NCredible/Justina Music.
