New York radio veteran Funk Flex looks like he’s finally made a decision in the publicized Jussie Smollett staged attack rumors. The hip-hop personality went to social media to share his revamped stance.
Last night, the Big Apple native caved in and suggested Smollett did – indeed – lie about getting attacked in Chicago.

According to Chicago Police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi, Smollett is currently under arrest following buzz about him possibly staging last month’s horrific assault.

Jussie is expected to appear at a bond hearing later in day.
A bond hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Central Time in Cook County Criminal Court, police said. Chicago Police officials will brief reporters on the investigation prior to Smollett’s court appearance, Gugliemi said. (Washington Post)
According to reports, detectives presented evidence to a grand jury to determine whether to indict Smollett on filing a false police report.
“Jussie Smollett is now officially classified as a suspect in a criminal investigation by #ChicagoPolice for filing a false police report (Class 4 felony),” spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said on Twitter. “Detectives are currently presenting evidence before a Cook County Grand Jury.” (Variety)
