Tekashi 6ix9ine’s legal woes seem neverending at this point.
Fashion Nova is suing the disgraced rapper for a breach of contract for failing to promote the retail company. However, he was unable to do so because he’s been locked up.
FN gave the rapper a $225,000 advance for social media posts and a shout out on his DUMMY BOY debut. But he was arrested two weeks later and didn’t hold his end of the bargain.
The company also argues that he tanked his brand and personal image during his highly-publicized trial, so he’s no longer a good candidate for a brand ambassador.
Elsewhere in Fashion Nova’s suit, they said Tekashi 6ix9ine promised to return the advance but that never happened. Now they’re seeking $2.25 million.
The “STOOPID” rapper is scheduled to be released on August 2, 2020.
