A report from TMZ has confirmed that legendary skater terry Kennedy could be facing some serious charges after the victim in an assault in which Kennedy was charged has now died.
Kennedy was arrested on several charges, including battery and threatening to kill police officers at a motel in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois after his victim, Josiah Kassahun, suffered from a fractured skull and a concussion.. Now the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office has confirmed that Kassahun, 23, succumbed from his injuries.
This could mean that the world famous skater could be tried for murder or manslaughter, as the 36 year old’s bond was set at $100K.
Kennedy is known for his appearances with Ridiculousness host Rob Dyrdek and has been made a character in several skating video games.
