Earlier this month, Brooklyn rapper Fabolous was reportedly indicted by a grand jury in New Jersey on four felony charges of domestic assault.
The indictment came after it was uncovered he allegedly assaulted the former Love & Hip Hop star in an incident caught on video back in March 28th, showing Fab confronting Emily’s father, threatening to kill him.
Fab, whose real name is John Jackson and Emily, whose full name is Emily Bustamante, have worked out their differences and remain together since the incident earlier this year.
According to new reports, Fab has also patched up his relationship with Emily’s father, so much so that he is willing to testify on Fab’s behalf if the case goes to trial.
Fab has been charged with one count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, two counts of threatening to kill, and one count of possession of a weapon.
According to reports, each charge may allow Fab up to five years in prison and are considered third-degree crimes in the state of NJ.
