According to reports, Drake’s company is expected to sell cannabis products.

HighSnobiety investigated this, learning that More Life Growth Company is now listed in the Canadian trademark database: “According to the database, the company is listed to sell goods pertaining to ‘Cannabis products and accessories, medical cannabis, THC and CBD’ as well as corresponding apparel and footwear.” Marijuana, already decriminalized in Canada, became fully legal last year. And now it appears that Drake is positioning himself to become a Canadian weed baron, which makes sense in every possible way. (Stereo Gum)

In addition to the major power move, the 6 God’s new “Ela E do Tipo” remix is currently streaming online.

Last summer, music mogul JAY-Z sparked headlines after joining forces with cannabis powerhouse Caliva.

Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter — billionaire rapper, producer, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and Beyoncé Knowles’ husband — will serve as the chief brand strategist for Caliva, a burgeoning California company that counts former star NFL quarterback Joe Montana as an investor. “Anything I do, I want to do correctly and at the highest level,” Carter said in a statement on Tuesday when the partnership was announced. “With all the potential in the cannabis industry, Caliva’s expertise and ethos makes them the best partner for this endeavor.” (CNN)
