OVO Sound boss Drake‘s pops wants people to r-e-l-a-x. Dennis Graham has come forward to address hype and speculation claiming he won $300,000 from an NBA Finals bet.
DG went to Instagram Tuesday and denied landing a quick $300,000 from betting on his son’s hometown Toronto Raptors to beat the Golden State Warriors.
The hype stems from Graham telling a reporter about the major payday.
You think Drake was happy when the Toronto Raptors won the NBA title? His dad was even HAPPIER — because Dennis Graham had $100,000 riding on the Raps … AND WON!!! “I am the happiest guy in the world,” Dennis told us in Hollywood with 2 ladies on his arms. “I bet $100,000 on the game and I won $300,000!!!” (TMZ)
Earlier this month, the Raptors won their first NBA championship in franchise history.
