This week, Puff Daddy went to Instagram to encourage his 14.6 million followers to shout-out former Notorious B.I.G. protégé Lil’ Kim‘s born day.
Kim went to her Instagram page Thursday to geek out over an unexpected born day present from TV network VH1.
