Reports surfaced that DaBaby was allegedly involved in yet another physical altercation. But the rapper went hopped on Instagram to say the claims are “100% false.”

TMZ reported a Las Vegas driver claimed the Charlotte rapper attacked him during an argument in November. The driver claims the argument escalated after he denied Baby and his entourage permission to smoke in the vehicle.

After the Baby on Baby rapper was dropped off at the Hard Rock Hotel the driver claims he requested his payment and DaBaby punched him in the back of his head and told him, “You ain’t the boss.”

Authorities claim a member of Baby’s clique said, “You’re lucky you’re not in my city because I would have killed you cracker motherfucker.” Another person added that they “would have left him [the driver] dead on the road.”

The tabloid claims there’s a warrant out for DaBaby’s arrest for misdemeanor battery.

This isn’t his first run-in with the law and as always he’s claiming, “the devil gone always try you when you doing good.”
