Chicago rapper Chief Keef has turned his crib into a daily Throwback Thursday paradise. The hip-hop star reportedly dropped around $40,000 on artwork inspired by 90’s cartoons and video games.
According to reports, Keef recently reached out to popular nostalgia-inspired company Idiot Box Art to customize his crib.
We’re told Chief reached out to Idiot Box Art owners Emily Bright and Tamara Martin over the weekend to purchase a bunch of art inspired by ’90s TV shows — specifically cartoons. The collection is an homage to “The Simpsons,” “The Smurfs” and “Rugrats” … and it’s valued at $40k. All the works are made of hand-cut wood, covered with acrylic paint and finished with a coat of resin. The pieces range in size from 2 to 15 feet high. (TMZ)

A few months ago, Chief addressed nearly having his life taken away in New York and blamed it on his 6ix9ine feud.
“Yeah, I’m good,” the 22-year-old said by phone after rushing back home to Los Angeles. Keef, 22, whose given name is Keith Farrelle Cozart, told The Post he’s been feuding with 22-year-old Bushwick-born rival Tekashi 6ix9ine, whose given name is Daniel Hernandez. “It’s just beef between me and the rapper 6ix9ine,” the Chicago-born rapper claimed.
