According to reports, the United States Postal Service is set to stop removing letter collection boxes in Western states until after the November election. The general concern is voters having problems or an inability to send their mail-in ballots.

Wait, There’s More
This past Tuesday, California senator Kamala Harris joined forces with Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden. Joe credited Harris’ past work in politics and determination to look out for the common person as a key reason for choosing her to run as vice president.
“I have the great honor to announce that I’ve picked @KamalaHarris — a fearless fighter for the little guy, and one of the country’s finest public servants — as my running mate. … Back when Kamala was Attorney General, she worked closely with Beau. I watched as they took on the big banks, lifted up working people, and protected women and kids from abuse. I was proud then, and I’m proud now to have her as my partner in this campaign.” -Joe Biden’s Twitter
Before You Go
Back in December 2019, Harris blamed funding for forcing her to bow out of the presidential campaign.
“I’m not a billionaire. I can’t fund my own campaign. And as the campaign has gone on, it’s become harder and harder to raise the money we need to compete,” she wrote. “In good faith, I can’t tell you, my supporters and volunteers, that I have a path forward if I don’t believe I do. So, to you my supporters, it is with deep regret — but also with deep gratitude — that I am suspending my campaign today.” (Los Angeles Times)
