Reality TV star Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are pretty close to securing a dream home for the ages. KimYe are reportedly eyeing a $7.5 million California vacation spot.

According to reports, Kim and Kanye are currently in negotiations to secure a Palm Springs crib.

Kim and Kanye scoped out the 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom crib and fell in love with it, so they got down to brass tacks. Nothing’s finalized yet but we’re told negotiations are well underway. What’s more … the house — tucked away in a gated community — sits right next to a relative … momager Kris Jenner, who dropped a cool $12 million back in August.

The duo recently appeared in a new video showing off their family.

Back in November, Kanye announced a delay for his long-awaited YANDHI album.

In October, Kanye announced a couple major guest appearances.

Kanye revealed that Ty Dolla Sign, who he’s consistently termed as one of his “favorite musicians,” and Nicki Minaj will appear on YANDHI. The controversial artist went on to further say that Nicki did a verse on a song that addresses body shaming. “The concept right here, it’s a ‘Ye concept but I’mma say it y’all right now. I’m taking to stigmas in one because I love stigmas and flipping them into positive,” he said. (Hip Hop N More)
