The holiday season normally carries many proposals but none may have been more shocking than Safaree and Erica Mena. The Love and Hip-Hop duo showed their love online, that was stamped with a huge rin on the finger of Mena. Details now state that Safaree made sure to do it the right way by getting approval from Mena’s family.
TMZ states Safaree ensured that the family of Mena, specifically her mother and son, were ok with Safaree dropping to one knee and attempting to make her his wife. It was stated the request for Erica Mena’s hand in marriage was asked weeks in advance.
Family approval was also needed on Safaree’s side, it is reported that his mother has liked Erica Mena since they were first aligned next to each other on Scared Famous.
