Trippie Redd has dropped out of Travis Scott’s “Astroworld” tour.
The “Topanga” rapper blames production issues and interrupted set times, according to TMZ.
Trippie reportedly became frustrated with Travis’ production crew throughout the course of the tour. He feels the crew takes too long to assemble Travis’ stage, which has resulted in delayed set times and shorter performances for Trippie, who sometimes only gets to perform two songs.
But Trippie’s beef isn’t with Travis directly. Travis apparently has also become frustrated with the delays. His elaborate stage design includes a functional roller coaster.
Trippie did not perform during the tour stop in Detroit on Tuesday, and he reportedly has opted out of the remaining 10 dates.
The “Astroworld: Wish You Were Here” tour, which kicked off Nov. 8 in Baltimore, also features supporting acts Gunna and Sheck Wes. It is set to continue through Dec. 22 in Portland.
